I have really enjoyed the apprenticeship programme and I have found the College environment supportive throughout. Working at Louisa John Hair & Beauty has been brilliant and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. They have supported me throughout the apprenticeship and have given me the opportunity to develop my skills. At the beginning I did worry that I would miss out on the full college lifestyle by studying towards an apprenticeship, but the combination of working with a day release to college has been fantastic and I don’t feel like I’ve missed out at all.
