Housed in purpose built salons, the Barbering, Beauty and Hairdressing department at Preston College provides learners with access to live clients, real salon environments and industry experienced tutors, who have spent years perfecting their trades. For those looking to start out, we offer both Introductory Diplomas and Level 2 Certificates, with progression right up to specialist courses, including cutting skills and photographic make-up. As an adult Barbering, Beauty and Hairdressing learner at Preston College, you will have the opportunity to work in our on-site barber shop and Elements hair salon, practising on live clients under the supervision of industry experienced tutors.
