The course has given me an insight into the importance and impact that effective leadership and management has within the workplace. I have found it interesting to take part in class discussions where we have collectively applied the assignment theory to real life work scenarios. Having a mix of people from different industries on the course has provided many different viewpoints and enriched our debates. It has also been beneficial to learn more about team working strategies and I believe this will improve my own work practices. I would highly recommend the course, not only is the qualification recognised by employers, but the information covered in the syllabus is relevant to improving the real workplace - and that must be a good thing!
