Catering

Your course will be very practical and carried out in a catering environment. You will cover basic food safety and hygiene, chopping techniques, food preparation, baking, food groups, including the making of a variety of foods and dishes such as pastas, curries, fish, puddings and cakes. Students will be able to take their food home after classes. Successful completion will prepare students for full time courses in catering and hospitality.
