Painting and Decorating

A practical based course that will cover a range of painting and decorating techniques, including the preparation of surfaces to receive water based paints, lining and finishing papers; preparation of woodwork to receive undercoats and glosses and application of paints and papers. All this will be underpinned by relevant health and safety practices. Successful completion will prepare students effectively for higher level courses in painting and decorating.
