Train To Gain

What is Train to Gain?

Train to Gain is a Government funded initiative primarily aimed at employees who are aged 19+ and who do not have a full level 2 qualification (5 GCSEs at Grades A-C). Train to Gain is now more flexible than ever before. That's because organisations can now take advantage of fully funded programmes even if your employees already have a level 2 qualification or equivalent. On top of the NVQs available we can now also fund a range of single modules to best meet the needs of your business.
