Preston’s College supports national #FEFoodbank campaign

As part of the national, #FE Foodbank campaign, Preston’s College is delighted to be supporting Luv Preston, a local charity providing care and support to those who find themselves disadvantaged and disconnected in the community.

A key part of Luv Preston’s role is to provide weekly, home delivery food parcels to those in need of emergency food provisions, in the PR1 and PR2 areas, whilst also supporting individuals to access key services across the city.

The recent global Coronavirus pandemic has seen the charity’s day-to-day requests rise by 400%, meaning now, more than ever, the charity needs our help, to allow them to continue providing much needed provisions to Preston’s most vulnerable residents.

If you are able to do so, by donating whatever you can, you will be supporting a local charity to reach those who need additional help and support the most, through the provision of essential food parcels, at this challenging time.
