I was in my 20s and joined Leyland Trucks through agency work. It was only as I was working in this setting that I realised how much I enjoyed the job and wanted to learn more. When the apprenticeship applications opened I applied and was fortunate enough to be offered one of the positions. I love that my role allows me to work across all different areas of the organisation. It helps me to meet new people with totally different skills and backgrounds, which helps me with my learning.
