59 www.preston.ac.uk ESOL ENGLISH FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES Preston College is proud to offer a specialist full-time course to support the development of language skills required to progress onto higher level courses or a chosen career. You will get lots of support to help you both in the college and in your community, to build your confidence and help integration. Our renowned programmes offer recognised national English qualifications and tasters in different subjects to help with making the right career choice. To register for this course you will need an assessment with a specialist advisor. We also offer this course to 15-year olds (Year 10/11s) who are new to the country and require specialised English Language development. These courses have opened the door to further study and Vignesh will progress to the T-Level in Digital Production, Design and Development at Preston College. My ambition is to achieve a degree in software engineering. Preston College has supported me to achieve my qualifications by showing me the steps I need to take to reach my ambition.
