CITB Skills & Training Fund For eligible micro and small businesses in the construction sector, Preston College is able to support you in applying for CITB funding, allowing you to maximise grant opportunities that can result in free, higher level training for your staff. Opening doors to up to £25,000 in funding, productivity and business operations will not be affected, as employees benefit from onsite assessments, meaning Preston College tutors visit your place of work/site to collate evidence of the candidate’s skills and knowledge. Offering career progression for individuals as well as supporting business objectives, employees can study for qualifications up to level 7, with successful completion of higher level NVQs providing opportunities to apply for the prestigious gold or black CSCS cards.
