All prospective learners will need to complete an online assessment. This will ensure that you are enrolled onto the correct level of ICT course. To make an appointment please ring the Enrolment Line on 01772 225522 (option 1).  This Intermediate Level European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) course is for those who wish to gain a formal IT qualification for work. It aims to equip you with the computing skills necessary to use applications software at an intermediate level. 

What will I learn?

You will be looking at a number of pieces of software in addition to continuing to further your proficiency in the use of Word Processing, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Improving Productivity, User Fundamentals and IT Security.

How will I be taught?

You will be a taught in practical sessions with other students. Your tutor will complete demonstrations and provide support when completing your practical assessments.

How will I be assessed?

At the end of each module you will complete a practice assessment before taking the live assessment. You will complete these in class.

What can I do next?

After completing this course you may wish to take a full level 2 course such as the ECDL Extra Level 2.
