Sector Based Work Academy – Hallmark Hotels

Preston’s College are delighted to be working in partnership with national chain, Hallmark Hotels, recruiting for a range of permanent and flexible roles at their Leyland hotel.

With wages dependent on age, a range of vacancies are available at the Hallmark Hotel, Leyland. To be considered for one of the vacancies you will be required to undertake one week of pre-employment training, starting on Monday 16th March 2020 at the Hallmark Hotel, Leyland (10am – 4pm). During the training you will develop essential skills and knowledge required for your chosen role.

Upon successful completion of your training, you will achieve qualifications in Customer Service for Hospitality, Food Hygiene and Employability, with completion of the training course and 100% attendance every day resulting in you securing a guaranteed interview for a role at the Hallmark Hotel, Leyland.

Roles available include:

  1. Receptionist (Permanent role, 32 hours per week)
  2. Meeting and Events Host (Flexible hours)
  3. Food and Beverage Team Members (Covering Breakfast, Restaurant and Bar) (Flexible hours)

To undertake the training, you must be unemployed and immediately available for work.
