ILM Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills – Level 2
This course is designed to help boost your performance as a team member and help you make the transition from working in a team to leading a team. This qualification will cover a wide range of skills and knowledge to support your development in the workplace. It will focus on managing yourself, leading your work team, induction and coaching in the workplace.
ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management – Level 3
Ideal for those who currently have management responsibilities, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management – Level 5
The Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management helps you to develop a wide range of leadership and senior management skills and enables you to have a significant impact on your organisation’s performance.

ILM Team Leading – Level 3
Duration: 18 months
Delivery: Workplace and college attendance
Ideal for those looking to progress into their first leadership role or first line management position. This apprenticeship will see the candidate help manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and deliver operational plans and strategies.
Associate Project Management – Level 4
Duration: 20 months
Delivery: Agreed weekly college attendance
Associate Project Managers need good planning, organisation and leadership skills. Develop skills in to keep a team motivated, with clear defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities.
ILM Operations Manager – Level 5
Duration: 24 months
Delivery: Workplace and college attendance
Ideal for those already in a managerial position but looking to expand their skills and knowledge to progress to a head of department. You will gain excellent leadership skills and work in line to the corporate strategies and organisational goals.

Essential Office Skills
Designed to boost your confidence for employment and enhance or build your office skills. You’ll gain skills to advance your current career prospects, develop the skills required for an administrative role, or even allow you to follow a different career path completely.
Cyber Security
Designed to improve your safety online, you will gain knowledge of the common forms of cybercrime and tactics used by cyber criminals to defraud individuals such as phishing, identity theft and ransomware. You’ll also explore the various protective methods to maintain your security online.
