This course is designed to help boost your performance as a team member and help you make the transition from working in a team to leading a team. This qualification will cover a wide range of skills and knowledge to support your development in the workplace. It will focus on managing yourself, leading your work team, induction and coaching in the workplace.
Ideal for those who currently have management responsibilities, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
The Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management helps you to develop a wide range of leadership and senior management skills and enables you to have a significant impact on your organisation’s performance.

Associate Project Managers need good planning, organisation and leadership skills. Develop skills in to keep a team motivated, with clear defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities.

Ideal for those already in a managerial position but looking to expand their skills and knowledge to progress to a head of department. You will gain excellent leadership skills and work in line to the corporate strategies and organisational goals.
