Whilst this funding is available to individuals who are either employed or self-employed and live within the Preston City Council boundaries, if you do not meet the funding criteria, don’t worry—there may still be other funding options available to support your development. Duration: One day Time: 9.30am to 2.30pm
Assessment: Self-study & 2 written assignments
Tailored for people working within the health & social care sector, making it ideal for current team leaders looking to enhance their practical skills in managing staff and teams, as well as individuals aiming to develop their leadership and management abilities.
You will develop a broad range of management skills and leadership tools, including strategies to motivate teams, overcome management challenges, work within budgets, and improve staff performance and engagement.
