Working together with the team to nurture and support our customers & suppliers will be your passion and priority. You'll be based at the martial arts centre with some home working as well. Martial arts centre: Monday to Thursday 5pm - 8:30pm Saturday 08:30am - 1pm Sunday (once per month 5 hours for team training) Flexible to work from home or at the centre: Monday to Friday 12:00 - 2pm Total of 33.5 hours per week. Tasks will include: Collate enquiries from different marketing channels such as Facebook, text messages and email. Input them into the membership management system. Answer enquiries from potential customers. Book potential customers in to try a martial arts class. Nurture potential customers through their taster classes with phone call, email and text support. Update the company membership database to reflect the needs of the customers. Write and send bulk communications to customers. Represent the academy on social events and fairs. Support the planning and implementation of social activities within the centre. Updating the social media pages. Assist with Office Admin tasks Provide reception support and sales of equipment from within the club shop. Support the team with cleaning the centre Ad Hoc Duties PERSONAL QUALITIES Eager to Learn, friendly, has an eye for detail, reliable, computer literate and punctual. Some of the people we help have very tragic reasons for training with us, so you'll also need to be discrete and emotionally intelligent.

Fun loving, friendly, good with children and adults. Patient and enthusiastic, able to actively listen as well as solve problems.
