This is a key role within their business support function and ensures the perception and brand of the Group is portrayed to all customers both internal and external. Our Business Support Assistant is a key contact for the business ensuring an efficient support and administration service is provided. They wish to ensure the Group values are demonstrated throughout your employment.

DUTIES

Role Responsibilities

 

  • To learn and develop the role of a business admin apprentice
  • To work in the Business Support team and assist each-other as and when needed
  • To provide excellent customer service to all visitors and external and internal clients
  • To establish themselves as a central point of contact in the business
  • To handle and respond to general enquiries to our business
  • To receive and relay inbound telephone calls to our business
  • Assist with updating and maintaining business policies and procedures
  • Receive deliveries to the office premises
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail to and from our business
  • Assist with the day to day admin support to a team of consultants
  • To ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard
  • Assist with the maintenance of stationery and facility stock supplies
  • Assist with diary management and updating of meeting room requests
  • Assisting in IT support where necessary
  • Assist with project work re data/research /cleansing
  • Preparing the conference rooms for all interviews and meetings
  • Providing refreshments for meetings and conferences held in our meeting rooms
  • Admin duties to include, filing, photocopying and word processing.
  • Ad Hoc Projects as directed by the Office Manager
  • Such other similar duties as required of the role in accordance with the overall needs of the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Maths and English at grade 4 and above are essential for this role, as is the ability to write professionally.
