A wide range of duties in a busy environment, will be covered, we have four production departments and successful candidates will move through each department during the Apprenticeship before specialising in one of the areas.
Apprentices can expect to cover bench fitting, design and machining, and some electrical based duties in the production of new products and the servicing of used equipment.
A complete understanding of running jobs from start to finish will be gained and additional training opportunities offered when required to run alongside BETEC and NVQ programs.

FUTURE PROSPECTS
In 2014 we launched are apprentice training program which has been a great success, developing our engineers and personnel of the future. Each year, since 2014, we have been joined by new apprentices who are training and developing to fulfil our ongoing and future job roles.
