The main responsibility will be supporting various departments in the business ensuring on-going commitments to clients are met and high service standards are maintained. Additional responsibilities include:

 

Community Sport is part of a group that supply and install Audio Communication systems to the public and private sectors. Over the past 12 months our client base has grown significantly as we continue to deliver our state of the art system to Hospitals, Schools, Local Authorities and more throughout the UK. This allows them to communicate quickly and effectively with patients, students, visitors and the general public. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn various roles throughout the business and gain lots of valuable experience. They will also complete a Business Admin Apprenticeship and have opportunities to progress within the business.

​The main responsibility will be supporting various departments in the business ensuring on-going commitments to clients are met and high service standards are maintained. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Contacting existing clients to offer help and support.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct department.
  • Managing e-mails from clients and responding or forwarding to the relevant department.
  • Supporting the audio production department, sending content for approval and following by e-mail and phone.
  • Opportunity to learn how to edit and produce Audio content and upload to media players.
  • Inputting support enquiries into ticketing system.
  • Assisting accounts with inputting contracts, invoicing and processing card payments.
  • Basic admin duties including printing, scanning and filing.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and organising calendars.
  • Sending out newsletters/monthly e-mails to clients.
  • Monitoring stock levels for stationery and office supplies and ordering this as required.

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

36.5hrs per week 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday (8:30am to 4pm Friday) 1 hour unpaid lunch

REQUIRED SKILLS

General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

Good telephone manner

Excellent organisation skills

Ability to adapt to meet the on-going requirements of the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Maths and English GCSE’s – Minimum Grade 4 (C)

FUTURE PROSPECTS

The role will continue as a full time position after the apprenticeship. We will also have other opportunities throughout the business in various departments and on-site training will be offered.
