Automotive Technologies Apprenticeships

Our Automotive department at Preston’s College forms part of our state-of-the-art £13m iSTEM centre. Through our Apprenticeship provision, we offer a range of programmes and levels for those who are looking at either just starting out in the industry or looking to upskill in their current employment. Apprentices will learn a breadth of knowledge, skills and behaviours in their specific area, allowing them to confidentially carry out maintenance and everyday repairs on vehicles, cars and motorcycles, through to more complex diagnostics and servicing. The Apprenticeship programmes also include a unique combination of technical, retail and customer service skills; gaining valuable skills that are transferrable into the industry.
