Preston College can support you with a FREE recruitment service solution that allows your business to hire staff against specific business needs, an effective way to recruit passionate full and part-time employees. Sector Based Work Academies are bespoke and designed around meeting your specific business needs. All you need to do is contact us, providing details of your recruitment requirements and our on-site team will source appropriate talent from local people aged 19+ and from our established partner and college talent pool, as we work closely with the DWP to support those who are seeking new employment opportunities. Preston College does not act as a recruitment agency, instead we nurture talent by putting all candidates through a compulsory pre-employment training scheme, specifically tailored to your requirements. Courses can be as short as five days or as long as two weeks, all run by industry experienced tutors. All programmes can be delivered at Preston College, within your business or in a preferred location. The service is completely free. We do, however, ask that you provide all those who complete the training with a guaranteed interview. Should the candidate be unsuccessful at interview, interview feedback is also required. There is an expectation that successful candidates will be placed into work with you.
