They attend meetings, write up case notes, prepare reports and advise clients and their families on available support and resources. To be successful in this career you’ll need excellent communication skills and empathy to help families through difficult times. You’ll typically be qualified to degree level, however, there are opportunities to develop your career in the workplace. The T-Level in Education and Early Years will help you to develop your knowledge and understanding of the early years sector including the employment opportunities within it. Since joining Rogan has successfully completed her Level 2 diploma and a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years. Rogan is progressing to Edge Hill University to study a BA (hons) in Education. I have always wanted to be a primary school teacher. The tutors have been so supportive and it has been a pleasure to be taught by them. I completed work experience at Ribby Hall Nursery and gained a job over the summer. It’s great to see the children progressing and the difference you make in supporting them.
