5 www.preston.ac.uk TYPES OF QUALIFICATIONS AVAILABLE INCLUDE: • T-Levels • Apprenticeships • BTECs At Preston College, you can choose to study vocational technical courses that lead to university or employment, or an Apprenticeship which develops your skills in the workplace and can lead to Degree and Higher Level Apprenticeships. Our courses are developed alongside employers and are designed to give you flexibility and options for your education and journey to employment. For example, you could start your studies on a full-time college course and transfer onto an Apprenticeship to earn while you learn whilst still gaining the same qualification. Alternatively, you may continue on your full-time course and progress directly to higher level study either at Preston College or university. See page 64 for more information on progression routes.
