We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service apprentice to join our growing team.
As the Customer services practitioner, you will work at the heart of our organisation working closely and
collaboratively with our Customer and Services team, finance department and senior management team.
You will be working on across a wide range of Apprenticeship Standards within construction, this will give
you a great kick start in your career with us providing plenty of opportunity for progression.
You will be highly professional and organised in your approach, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent co-ordination and diary management.
We are an adaptive and fast evolving organisation, so you will need to be agile in your approach to ensure
we continue to improve and meet key stakeholder needs.

DUTIES

Activities will include but are not limited to;

Engaging with different parts of our team on projects set to you by the senior management team, such as document reviews, updating documentation, updating systems etc

Interacting with internal and external customers this includes;
- Responding to incoming phone calls
- Managing group mailboxes
- Completing tasks within the IT systems we use (EPA Pro, Excel etc)
- Work on data analysis projects, collecting data and producing reports.
- Work projects and tasks required in order to support the completion of your apprenticeship
- Supporting with planning, managing and co-ordinating company events
- Working with the bookings team and supporting with EPA Co-Ordination.
- Supporting the Customer and services manager with relevant tasks.

Any other duties consummate with the post to meet the needs of the organisation. This list is not exhaustive

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

40 hours per week

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Maths and English at GCSE grade 4/C or above is desirable

Experience or understanding of working in the construction industry and/or end point assessments is also desirable
