Get Fit at a Fraction of the Cost
Based on the Preston College campus, our gym has all the latest equipment and highly-qualified staff to help you with your short and long-term fitness goals. With members of all ages and levels, our fitness suite and functional zone has all the latest Cybex equipment including treadmills, Arc cross trainers, rowing machines and a range of weight machines. We pride ourselves on making the gym a non-intimidating and welcoming place for all our members.
Membership also includes selected free fitness classes, with others at a small additional charge.
The gym is open to the public outside of College hours, please see the timetable below.
Monthly memberships start from just £12.00, or £7.50 for students at Preston College. All members must undergo an induction from one of our qualified staff which is charged at £5.

Standard Membership: Unlimited use of gym and fitness classes.
Premium Membership: Unlimited use of gym and fitness classes and you will also benefit from personal programmes, one-to-one consultations, fitness testing and nutritional advice.
