At Preston College, our ILM Leadership & Management qualifications offer two pathways at Levels 3 and 5, supporting aspiring managers, experienced leaders and employers investing in their workforce. If you are an individual looking to develop your leadership and management skills, in a classroom based environment, the ILM Leadership & Management Development Pathway is for you. Ideal for aspiring and practising managers, this pathway combines leadership theory with practical learning and assignment-based assessment. Delivered at Preston College, it will help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead effectively, while gaining a recognised qualification to support your career progression.

If you are an employer looking to strengthen leadership capability across your workforce, with training delivered and assessed in the workplace, the ILM Leadership and Management Skills Pathway enables practising team leaders and managers to demonstrate and further develop their leadership competance. Assessment is based on a portfolio of workplace evidence, with learning tailored to reflect their responsibilities and the needs of the organisation.
