The College has access to a number of Bursary funds aimed at supporting students with specific financial difficulties which may prevent them from taking part in learning. Apply today and don’t miss out!

It is really important that you sign your Learning Agreement as soon as possible. If you don’t sign it, you won’t be able to get your Student Membership Card or attend any lessons.
When you apply and enrol with us, we ask for contact details for the people closest to you. We use those details in two ways.
We use your primary contacts to keep them up-to-date on how you are getting on. That covers attendance, progress, achievement and anything affecting your course. We will share information with your parent or carer as a normal part of supporting you through your course. Depending on the message, we might email, text, write or phone.
We use the contacts you have marked as emergency contacts if you are unwell while at College, have an accident, or we have a concern about your welfare. We only get in touch with them if there is a real need.
Please keep your details current. If a phone number, email or home address changes, or you want to change who we speak to login to your account and go to Personal Details. You can also visit Student Services Reception or speak to your Student Manager. We handle all personal information in line with our Privacy Notice for Students.

Some courses do require you to wear a uniform such as safety boots, overalls or tunics.
You won’t need to have your uniform for induction.
You will need to take notes, so bring a paper and pen with you.
If you have applied for a bursary, you will have been informed if you are eligible for free lunches. If you are eligible you will be able to pay using your Student Membership Card. If you have not applied for your bursary or you are not eligible, you can bring your lunch or purchase it from one of the College’s outlets.
