HR
• Answer HR queries from employees and external providers that are received by phone and email
• Assisting in updating the HR system on a daily basis.
• Prepares HR documents and letters, including offer letters and contracts of employment
• Conducts pre-employment screening for sessional and bank employees
• Uploading new starter information in the HR system

Resourcing
• Create advertisements and post to multiple online advertising channels
• Enhance the candidate recruitment experience by regular communication
• Telephone screen prospective candidates and manage speculative enquiries

Monitor adverts and repost as required
• Support sessional and bank employees throughout recruitment and onboarding process
• Check in with new starters on a regular basis and support them with pre-employment checking processes
• Conduct searching using job boards and LinkedIn as directed

L&D
• Update employee training records
• Support with onboarding planners
• Prepares new employee starter packs
• Set up Mandatory Training for all new starters, including access to systems
• Coordinating training invites

Quality Assurance
• To identify ways of continued quality improvement.
• Improve service quality by evaluating systems and devising new processes as appropriate.

Communication
• Regularly attend team and other meetings as appropriate, contributing positively to discussions and debates and participating in shared decision making.
• Ensure effective communication including the dissemination of information accurately and timely to support effective team working.
• Act at all times as an ambassador for the organisation and maintain positive and effective communication both internally and externally in representing the service offered by CHEC.
• Produce clear, legible and consistent written documentation.
