English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Citizenship

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) & Citizenship is for people who do not speak English as their first language.


Preston College offers the course at 6 different levels:

 

  • Pre-entry (for people who do not speak or write any English)
  • Entry 1
  • Entry 2
  • Entry 3
  • Level 1
  • Level 2

 

You will be able to improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as learn about life in Britain. You will also be able to take an exam to get a nationally recognised qualification.

 

You can study days or evenings at the following places around Preston:

 

  • Preston College, Fulwood Campus
  • Preston North End (PNE) Learning Centre, Deepdale
  • Recycling Lives, Deepdale
