As an Apprentice Compliance / Resourcing Administrator within Key Stage, it is expected you will support the expected culture aligned with legislation and company values. It is essential that you provide exceptional support to all team members and the wider business, as well as candidates and clients, whilst always adhering to Company policy and procedures and Compliance.

 

Primary Objective • General administration duties. • Updating the CRM system as applicable. • Effective communication with the business and candidates, using telephone and electronic communication. • Taking messages in an efficient manner and deal with these. • Opening post and distributing accordingly. • Source suitable CV’s / candidates using online social media platforms and job boards. • Sending interview confirmation emails. • Ensuring that Candidate interview packs are available for the interviewing Consultant. • Greet candidates who are interviewed in branch and ensure all documentation required is correct. • Be responsible for ensuring candidates safeguarding is clear – in line with the company policy, Compliance+. • Using the screening platform for all candidates for compliance requirements. • Develop relationships with candidates and work with the team to ensure candidate care is achieved. • Ensuring the branch is appropriately stocked in terms of stationery, stamps etc. • Ensure all company policies are adhered to at all times.
