Combined Studies – Enhancement Packages
An enhancement package combines Level 3 qualifications to give you the equivalent of three A-Levels. Enhancement packages are a great option if you have a strong interest in the main area of the study but are looking to expand your knowledge in another area. The main areas of study are in business, public services (uniformed protective services), science and sport. These main areas are equivalent to two A-Levels (112 UCAS points). The enhancement subject is worth one A-Level (56 UCAS points) and complements the main area of study. The combinations available are shown below with links to the qualifications you will study. Please note that subjects can not be mixed and matched at this time, due to timetabling constraints.

Entry Requirements
You will need five grade 5s including English or maths to study a combined studies enhancement package.
