Staff Success – Learning & Skills Mentor Level 4 Apprenticeship Success!

Recently, Amy one of our Learning Support Coaches, took the opportunity to upskill with a Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship benefitted Amy greatly and she is now proceeding with the Certificate in Education, specialising in Early Years perusing a teaching role in this field.

This apprenticeship was introduced to Amy by her line manager, who recognised her potential and desire to build her academic skills in preparation for the Certificate in Education course.

Amy says: “During this apprenticeship, I found I could put what I learnt into practice through my work role – that’s what I loved most.”

Amy adds: “I couldn’t recommend this apprenticeship enough. It has allowed me to gain a qualification while applying my learning directly to my job, giving me valuable hands-on experience.”

The purpose of the Learning and Skills Mentor role is to support individuals and groups with their learning and development. Ideal for those who are looking for their next step up into leadership and management, applicants may already be in a team leading role or have a team that they supervise on a daily basis.
