Fragrance Lab Technician
Fragrance Lab Technician
Assisting the Perfumer, Analyst and Evaluator, the lab technician will be responsible for blending fragrances following perfumer formulations, compounding raw materials according to specification. Adding fragrance oil into customer bases for stability and evaluation sensory testing, supporting the day-to-day activities within the laboratory.
To always ensure excellent housekeeping, keeping all lab workstations clean and tidy
8am – 4pm 5 days per week
• Minimum grade 4 GCSE pass in maths, English and science
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document and record the progress of projects
• Excel and Word experience to intermediate level
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills and support colleagues
• Good organisation skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a team and as an individual.
Good time Management
No previous experience required as full training will be given
