This course is aimed at qualified and practicing electricians seeking to excel in the renewable energy sector and contribute to a sustainable future.




Air Source Heat Pumps Installation – Level 3 Award


No dates currently, but course may run subject to demand.

This course is aimed at qualified and practicing plumbers, looking for the skills and knowledge to install, maintain and troubleshoot heat pump systems, while specialising in renewable energy solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Installation of Electric Vehicle Charge Points – Level 3 Award


Wed 4 and Thurs 5 Feb, 9am – 4pm

This course is aimed at qualified and practicing electricians who wish to continue their professional development in the field of electric vehicle charging design and installation.



Hybrid Vehicle & Electrical Vehicle Maintenance, Repair and Replacement – Level 2/3

Mon 16, Tues 17 and Wed 18 Feb, 9am – 4pm

This course is aimed at qualified and practising automotive mechanics, looking to explore the operation, maintenance, and technology of hybrid and electric vehicles, developing practical skills and understanding their role in sustainable transport and reducing carbon emissions.

Retrofit Installation (Domestic Properties)

Tues 24, Wed 25, Thurs 26 and Fri 27 Feb, 9am – 4pm

This practical course will help you develop the knowledge and skills to improve energy efficiency in homes, supporting sustainability and the growing demand for green skills in the industry.




Managing Net Zero & Sustainability

Thurs 5 and Fri 6 Mar, 9am – 4pm


This train-the-trainer course empowers professionals to guide organisations through implementing sustainability practices and achieving net-zero targets, with a focus on sectors relevant to the local economy.



Low Carbon Practice for SMEs & Micro Employers

Thurs 12 and Fri 13 Mar, 9am – 4pm

This course is designed to train and support small and micro-sized businesses in adopting low-carbon practices, helping reduce carbon footprints and driving Lancashire’s transition toward a sustainable, Net Zero future.
