Access to Higher Education: Social Sciences

The Access to Higher Education: Social Sciences course is ideal if you are hoping to progress onto a degree at university but do not currently hold the required Level 3 qualification needed for entry.

The course will develop your skills in academic writing, research, study skills, critical thinking and time management, alongside subject specific knowledge.

Those joining the course usually hope to progress onto a degree in a range of Social Science areas, including Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Law, Social Work, History and Education.
