Residency Eligibility
- Employed OR unemployed Preston City Council residents.
- Preston City Council residents working in Preston City Council area.
- Preston City Council residents working for any company outside Preston in the wider Lancashire area.
- If living outside of Preston City Council, but working n Preston City Council area – the council will fund a small percentage of the overall numbers to include these.
