Refund Request Form

Refunds are only granted under certain circumstances and in accordance with the College’s Fee and Refund Guide.

If you consider that you are eligible for a refund you can apply via this online form or write to ‘Team Leader – Fees, Funding and HE’, explaining the reason for requesting a refund. If you are requesting a refund because you cannot attend the course due to ill health or physical injury, you will need to provide written proof from your doctor and send it to the following address:

We aim to respond within 7 working days and, if appropriate we aim to send a refund within 30 working days.

The personal information you provide is held by Preston College and is stored on the College’s computerised record system for the current academic year and a further academic year, in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Where necessary it is also shared with the Department for Education, including Education and Skills Funding Agency, to meet statutory responsibilities, included under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009.
