Updating your ID photo

Would you like to update your photo on your student ID badge? Follow the steps and guidelines below to update your photo and we’ll have a new badge ready for September.

Take your photo – follow these guidelines

• A clear photo of only your face, head and shoulders.
• Do not apply any filters or make alterations – it’s got to look like you!
• Take the photo against a plain background.

Upload your photo

• Login to your account
• Go to the Evidence Upload page on the left hand side.
• In the Evidence Type dropdown box choose Personal ID Photo, and then Choose Files.
• Select your photo.
• When you are done, press Upload.

Over the next few weeks we will send you information regarding how to access your results and any further steps you need to take to complete your progression enrolment.
