This 10-week introductory course is designed for adults who want to build confidence in using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, while gaining a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it can support content creation.
Students will explore how social media is used in everyday life, develop practical content creation skills, and discover how AI tools can enhance creativity, productivity, and online presence. The course is ideal for beginners with little or no prior experience, offering a supportive and hands-on learning environment.

This course is ideal if you are looking for a practical and interactive introduction to digital media and AI, with opportunities to work independently and as part of a group. No prior experience is required as everything on this course will start at a beginners level.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
However, students should:
Have basic digital skills (e.g. using a smartphone or computer) or be working towards a Level 1 qualification in Digital Skills
Have an interest in social media, content creation, or digital skills
Be willing to participate in practical activities and group discussions
