Preston’s College are delighted to be working in partnership with KFC restaurants, recruiting for a cross section of roles for two sites including Cooks and Front of House. The kitchen is the engine room for KFC restaurants and its Cooks and Front of House staff hold important roles in ensuring that all of the products are made and served to the same high standards as the Colonel did.
To secure a guaranteed interview, you will be required to undertake and complete a one week training course, where you will be introduced to these specific roles and will develop some key skills and attributes that will support your progression into employment.
The course will cover a wide range of principles and will allow you, upon successful completion, to gain a Level 2 qualification in Food Safety, a Level 1 in Employment in the Hospitality Industry and a Level 1 Customer Service Certificate.
Your two week timetable will follow this pattern:
