Are you looking to upskill, retrain, or take the next step in your career? Preston College is offering fully funded short university-level courses in construction and engineering, designed to help you develop in-demand skills without the commitment of a full qualification.
These flexible, 12-week courses allow you to:
We offer short courses that align with key occupational standards in the construction and engineering sectors. They are also recognised as an Institute of Technology (IoT) course, with a particular emphasis on enhancing digital literacy within the construction sector.
These fully funded short courses are open to individuals who: Are aged 19-60
Live in England (or live outside England but work in England)
Have a passion for career development in construction or engineering
While we will assess your application on an individual basis, ideally you should also meet at least one of the following criteria:
? GCSEs grade 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
? A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
? Relevant industry experience in construction or engineering or in a related field
We consider all backgrounds, so even if you don’t meet the formal criteria, we still encourage you to apply!
