Together, these achievements are helping to build a more skilled workforce, support local employers and strengthen communities across Lancashire.
The College continues to work closely with employers, universities and industry partners to ensure students develop the technical expertise, practical experience and professional behaviours needed to succeed in further study and employment.
Simon Nixon, Principal and Chief Executive of Preston College, said:
“Results Day is one of the most rewarding moments of the year because it provides an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our students and recognise the dedication they have shown to reach this point.
“We are extremely proud of the outstanding results achieved by all of our students this year and the exciting destinations that now lie ahead of them. Whether progressing to university, starting an apprenticeship, entering employment or continuing their studies, they should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved.
“These results represent far more than qualifications. They reflect resilience, determination and ambition, and demonstrate the transformative power of education. I would also like to thank our staff, families, employers and partners whose support has helped our students to succeed.”
As applications continue to grow, Preston College looks forward to welcoming the next generation of students this September and continuing its mission to transform lives through outstanding technical, professional and higher education.
