Preston’s College are delighted to be working in partnership with national chain, Wetherspoons, recruiting for kitchen and bar staff to join their busy and dynamic teams in Blackpool.

Paying the national living wage and with vacancies available at the Velvet Coaster and the Albert and Lion, to be considered for one of the vacancies you will be required to undertake a week of pre-employment training at the Imperial Hotel, Blackpool. During the training you will develop the essential skills and knowledge required for your chosen role.

Upon successful completion of your training, you will achieve qualifications in food hygiene, customer service and employability. Successful completion of the training course, with 100% attendance every day, will also result in you securing a guaranteed interview for seasonal work with Wetherspoons.

Roles available include:

  1. Velvet Coaster
    – Kitchen Porter
    – Kitchen Associate
    – Delivery Hand
  2. Albert and Lion
    – Bar Staff

To undertake the training, you must be unemployed and immediately available for work.
