Biography

Isara Cotton is a senior leader within NatWest Group, overseeing three sales teams and contributing to strategic decision-making. With a focus on People and Culture, they are involved in initiatives that support collaboration and inclusion across business areas.

They bring experience in risk management, leadership, team development and operational efficiency, aiming to create an environment where people can do their best work. Alongside their professional role they are committed to continuous learning and contributing to broader discussions on workplace culture and engagement.

Outside of work they enjoy spending time with family, travelling, music and making the most of the outdoors.

Isara was a member of the College’s Board from January 2023 to July 2024.
