The College was randomly selected for a full funding audit by the Department for Education for the Financial year 2024-25, and unfortunately due to the work involved in this, it has led to delays in the Financial Statements being signed off. A number of colleges have been affected in a similar way, which has been caused by some additional work requested by the Department for Education at a late stage in the audit process. The audit is now complete, however the College is still awaiting the final report, which the external auditors require before they will formally sign-off the Financial Statements. The College is not aware of any items that will require the draft Financial Statements to be changed. The signed Financial Statements will be uploaded to the website as soon as possible after they have been signed.
