The role available is an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You will work remotely 2 days a week, and for the other 3 days you'll be in an office space in Preston. We need someone that is able to drive as you may be required to work at different venues. Some weekend work is also required, and you may need to go to events or come and help at our Photo shoots. This will be agreed with you in advance.
Your duties are the day to day running of the office, this includes answering emails and phone calls, checking messages on Facebook. Call any sales enquires that have been made that day. Booking customers onto our classes and photo shoots. You will get trained on our bespoke system we use to book customers onto our programme.
During the week we will also look and preparing content to go out on our social media. Discuss marketing campaigns to gain new customers. Going to our different venues to meet with new customers and show them round the venue before their first lesson. Liasing with our teachers about the classes. Checking and recording up to date stock levels. Contacting parents who currently swim with us about catch up classes and answering any quires they may have.
You will have direct contact with Holly Unsworth and work along side her in the office. We also have a team of 5 teachers who you will also be in regular contact with.
37.5 hours a week (30 mins paid lunch)

Becoming a Water Babies Teacher. More reasonability in the office i.e organise and run photo shoots. Take charge of all social media and marketing.
