Preston College has 5 library learning centres bursting with a whole range of resources to help you learn and study. Each library learning centre specialises in different subject areas so whatever your course, subject or interest there is a dedicated library learning centre for you.
Within each centre you will find textbooks, journals, newspapers, project materials, maps, DVDs, etc and access to a huge range of E-resources, using desktop or laptop pcs. You can use a pc or laptop and connect to the Internet or the College’s virtual learning environment.
We aim to combine traditional library services in vibrant supportive environments, catering for your individual requirements. Each centre has friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who can offer 1 to 1 support and assist you in finding the right resources to suit your needs and preferred learning style.
