Preston’s College has recently invested a significant resource into creating a team of highly effective and inspirational Achievement Tutors, whose purpose is to raise the aspirations of learners, supporting them to achieve their maximum potential through the delivery of first class support. We are looking for an experienced, driven, highly motivated individual who has the confidence and determination to change students’ lives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both one to one delivery of coaching, motivational dialogue and target setting, as well as being an inspirational teacher. The role demands a high level of organisational planning and the capacity to respond quickly to changing priorities.
