Parent Portal

As a parent/carer, you can access live information regarding your young person’s performance at College by using Parent Portal. This service contains useful information including attendance, timetable, enrolments, and progress reports.

To register and make your request:

1. Visit https://ebsontracklearner-livesql.preston.ac.uk/Page/CreateEnquiryGeneral
2. Register For an Account, or Login, if you already have an account. Please do not login and use your child/young person’s account to make the request. You must register or login as a parent/carer using your own email address.
3. Once logged in and registered, complete the form:  https://ebsontracklearner-livesql.preston.ac.uk/Page/CreateEnquiryGeneral

You will need to provide your child’s details such as their name, their College ID, their date of birth and their post code, when you register.

You should receive details of your Parent Portal account within five working days.  If there are any problems we will get in touch with you to let you know. If you have any problems, please contact us at parentportal@preston.ac.uk.
