Childcare

Working with children and young people is demanding, but it’s also some of the most fulfilling work you can do. It’s a sector that gives you a diverse range of roles and careers. From childcare to adoption services there are all sorts of ways to help people, with public services alone supporting between 1.5 and 2.5 million families every year. On your course you will also benefit from a range of industry placements. These provide invaluable experience in the workplace and include specialist placements if you specifically want to work with children with
learning difficulties or disabilities.
