Apprentice required to train to become a multi-skilled 1st line support agent providing a world class experience to our customers helping them with any query they have. This is carried out over the phone, via live chat or by email.
Apprentice required to join our busy 1st line Support Team providing an exceptional experience to our customers who are looking for help and advice.
Daily tasks will include answering telephone calls from customers as well as dealing with email and live chats. The Apprentice will join an amazing company and team who work closely together to help and support each other so we can provide market leading support to our customers.
Full training will be provided.

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
37.5 hours per week over 5 days Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm 1 hr unpaid lunch with flexi time policy in place.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Good communication skills are essential. Having the confidence to deal with people over the phone as well as dealing with angry customers, although full training and support will be provided.
